• Own assigned client accounts, handling tax preparation, BIR compliance, bookkeeping, and AFS preparation.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• File tax returns and compliance reports (VAT, Expanded/Final Withholding Taxes, Income Tax Returns, relevant BIR forms) accurately and on time.
• Perform account and bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving discrepancies proactively.
• Maintain organized and updated financial records, invoices, receipts, tax filings, and client communications.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients for assigned accounts, clarifying queries and providing guidance.
• Support internal audits, year-end closings, and compliance checks as required.
